Psychotherapy:

Appointments with Dr. Andrew Wineman are private pay only. Please contact him directly for rates. A sliding scale may be appropriate in some situations.

Neuropsychological Assessment:

Dr. Pamela Wineman accepts most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If approved, BCBS will typically cover the neuropsychological portion of the evaluation. Dr. Wineman will submit a request for authorization for testing to the insurance company.

Assessment of academic functioning including review of educational records and detailed school-based recommendations are not covered by insurance companies as they are not deemed medically necessary. As such, a separate private pay educational fee applies.

In some instances, individuals who have other insurance carriers can submit a detailed bill to obtain out-of-network reimbursement. Such an invoice can be provided upon request. It is the responsibility of the client to contact the insurance company for information regarding co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles.

Dr. Pam also conducts assessments without the use of insurance. To inquire about private pay rates, contact Dr. Pam directly.

Payment can be made via check, credit card via Square (with processing fee), or cash. Payment is required on the day of service.
